The Changing Season

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. ~ Galatians 6:9

Can ‘doing good’ really make you weary? Yes it can, especially when you do not see the immediate or desired results of your work.

Today, we naturally enter into a new season. It is the winter solstice and is the shortest day of the year. Yet tomorrow, the amount of daylight that we see will begin to increase.

Your season, all seasons have a time when they become due. There is a season to plant and toil and there is a season to reap. But when we understand our purpose in the work, we can do good without becoming weary.

What was the purpose of your last season? What will be the purpse of your next season? What is the harvest that you are expecting to reap?

This is a great day to consider purpose. Enjoy your cup of coffee and power up your day.
